Terms of Service and Sale
Version dated August 5, 2026
Translation notice: this English version is provided for information and accessibility. The French terms govern the agreement if the translations differ. French consumer protections remain applicable where required.
1. Service provider
Publyra is an AI-assisted content creation and distribution service operated by Bruno Rocher, a French sole proprietor trading as Publyra, registered with the Montauban Trade and Companies Register under number 107 706 376.
2. Registration and access
Users must create an account, be legally capable of entering the agreement and protect their credentials. A seven-day trial may apply to paid plans. Unless cancelled, the selected subscription begins after the trial according to the checkout summary.
3. Plans and prices
Current public configuration:
- Free: Free — 5 articles/month, up to 1,500 words and 1 image per article.
- Starter: €14.90/month Inclusive or €7.90/month BYOK — 20 articles/month, up to 2,500 words and 1 image per article.
- Pro: €29.90/month Inclusive or €16.90/month BYOK — 60 articles/month, up to 4,000 words and 3 images per article.
- Agency: €79.90/month Inclusive or €44.90/month BYOK — 250 articles/month, up to 4,000 words and 5 images per article.
The checkout summary states the applicable billing interval, taxes and discounts. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront and renew for another annual term unless renewal is cancelled before the displayed date.
4. Billing, quotas and credits
Stripe processes payments; Publyra does not store full card details. Monthly article quotas reset each billing cycle. One generation normally consumes one quota unit. One-off credit packs do not renew and expire under the conditions displayed before purchase.
5. User content and AI output
The user controls and is responsible for generated and published content, including factual review, rights clearance and lawful use. AI output may be inaccurate. Publyra does not guarantee rankings, citations, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular publishing purpose.
6. BYOK and third-party services
In BYOK mode, users provide compatible provider credentials and pay provider charges directly. WordPress, AI providers, Google, Meta and other integrations remain subject to their own terms, availability and permissions.
7. Publishing controls
WordPress and social publication require the user to review the content, select a destination and explicitly confirm the action. Users remain responsible for destination permissions and the resulting publication.
8. Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Consumers may exercise any mandatory 14-day withdrawal right by contacting contact@publyra.com. Where immediate paid performance was expressly requested, a lawful proportional amount may remain due. Statutory rights are not limited by these terms.
9. Refunds
Refund requests may be considered for duplicate or unauthorized charges, Publyra billing errors, or substantial prolonged unavailability, without limiting mandatory legal remedies. Send the account email and payment reference, but never full banking information.
10. Termination and deletion
Users can cancel and request account deletion from the application. Publyra may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, security threats or material breach, subject to applicable law.
11. Governing law and contact
French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Questions and complaints: contact@publyra.com. Technical support: support@publyra.com.
